Mine Eyes

They are on the mend, and the contacts were removed today, allowing for much improvement and less discomfort, however I am still in recovery stage, and expect it will be a few more weeks before 20/20 vision is in the books. Today's post op visit gave me 20/40 and 20/50, with promise of 20/20 or better in the coming weeks. In any event, I shall be barreling down the highway tomorrow, bound for my northern home, chugging back Tim Horton's all the way...

Then it will be time to return to regular blogging, more photos (with my new camera) and settling in for the rest of the winter. I reckon we have about 2 months left before the snow begins to melt...
