My Eyes, My Eyes!

My eyes are doing much better...my vision is 20/20 in my right, 20/25 in my left. I still have some haze, but I think it is clearing. The headaches are not as common, but the dryness is still there. The light sensitivity can be pretty harsh sometimes, but seems to be for shorter periods of time.

I've gotten back into reading though. It can be tough late at night as my eyes are just so tired by then, but if I read earlier in the day, it doesn't bother me. I'm currently reading Farley Mowat's Bay of Spirits. I have to finish a book my sister gave me too, before I forget what it was about. Perhaps this weekend that will happen...on Sunday. Tomorrow I'm going on a road trip with friends for the day. We have a DD so that should tell you what kind of trip it will be - FUN!

Sometimes my eyes feel like contacts that I can't take out. I don't think it has hit me yet that I am not actually wearing any, and that my sight is my own, unassisted. However, I believe I shall need reading glasses before long. I can't see closeup much anymore, not detailed things anyhow...wahhhh...

The music is playing right now...not much on television tonight, so I might just do some reading tonight if my eyes can take it...
